How many days do you need in Uzbekistan?
- Uzbekistan in 5 days: Tashkent, Samarkand and Bukhara by the Afrosiyob high-speed train. Ideal for a first visit or a stopover. See the 5-day itinerary.
- Uzbekistan in 7–8 days: the classic Silk Road loop of Tashkent, Samarkand, Bukhara and Khiva. This is the most popular length.
- Uzbekistan in 10 days: adds Shakhrisabz, the desert and a night in a yurt camp. See the 10-day Grand Silk Road tour.
- 2 weeks: add the Fergana Valley, Nukus and the Aral Sea, or combine Uzbekistan with Kyrgyzstan.

How much does a trip to Uzbekistan cost?
Our tours cost from US$1,000 per person for a week-long program and from US$1,245 for a short 3-day Samarkand tour. Premium and VIP programs with 5-star hotels start at about US$3,500. Prices include hotels, transport, guides and entrance tickets, as listed in each tour. Every program can run as a private tour with your own guide and car on any date. For groups of friends, families or companies we quote on request. For travel agents we offer net rates through our DMC service.
When is the best time to go?
